📝 Job Description

We are hiring responsible and level-headed Social Media Moderators to help monitor, manage, and maintain online communities and brand pages. As a moderator, your primary responsibility is to ensure that group discussions remain respectful, content aligns with community standards, and inappropriate posts or users are addressed promptly. You'll work closely with the social media or marketing team to uphold a positive and engaging online presence, especially on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, or Telegram. You may work from home and perform this role using just a smartphone or desktop.

📋 Main Responsibilities

• Review posts, comments, and messages to ensure they follow community guidelines
• Approve or decline member posts (in private groups/forums)
• Respond to questions, escalate concerns, or redirect queries to the support team
• Remove spam, inappropriate content, or disruptive users
• Enforce rules fairly and consistently without bias
• Monitor brand mentions and tag relevant internal teams
• Maintain daily activity logs and prepare moderation reports when needed
