We are looking for a proactive and organized Remote Live Stream Assistant to support online broadcasts by handling behind-the-scenes tasks such as script prompts, audience chat moderation, and real-time coordination. You will work closely with stream hosts or production teams to ensure smooth flow during live sessions on platforms like YouTube Live, TikTok Live, or Zoom Webinars. This position is fully remote and requires a strong sense of timing, attention to detail, and comfort with multitasking during live events.

📋 Main Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist with live script flow (e.g., prompt the host with next talking point)
• Manage live chat: greet viewers, filter inappropriate messages, and answer basic questions
• Coordinate with team via private messaging during stream to adjust segments if needed
• Send prepared links, polls, or comments in the chat at specific times
• Handle pre/post live coordination: session setup checklist, reminder messages, follow-up tasks
• Take notes or timestamp important moments if required for post-editing or summary
