We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Support Representative to join our remote service team. You will act as the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, complaints, or feedback through email, live chat, or social messaging platforms. The goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and professional service while maintaining a calm and helpful tone.
📋 Main Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, or helpdesk systems in a timely and courteous manner
- Provide clear and accurate product or service information based on customer needs
- Document and escalate technical issues or complaints when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system
- Follow company communication guidelines and procedures at all times
- Monitor support queues and prioritize urgent cases accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure complex issues are resolved effectively
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality
🛠 Required Skills / Tools
Basic proficiency in English and/or Swedish (written communication is essential)
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, HubSpot)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with good accuracy
Patience, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Stable internet connection and a working computer or laptop
Willingness to work in shifts (optional based on company policy)
