We are hiring detail-oriented and reliable Transcribers to convert spoken audio or video content into accurate written text. Your task will be to listen to recorded files — including interviews, podcasts, lectures, meetings, or phone calls — and type the content with proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting. This role requires excellent listening skills, patience, and a strong grasp of written English. Some transcription tasks may require verbatim output, while others need editing for clarity.

📋 Main Responsibilities

• Listen carefully to audio or video recordings and transcribe spoken words into text
• Ensure correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar
• Identify speakers and insert appropriate time stamps if required
• Edit content for readability without altering meaning (depending on instructions)
• Flag inaudible or unclear sections accurately
• Submit transcripts in the requested format and meet delivery deadlines
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive audio content
