📝 Job Description

We are seeking skilled Captioners to add accurate and well-timed subtitles to videos in English and/or Swedish. Your role is to transcribe and sync spoken content with video timing, ensuring that captions are easy to read and match the speech flow. Captioning helps improve video accessibility and is essential for social media, educational content, and corporate videos. Some projects may involve translation-based captioning (e.g., English audio → Swedish subtitles), while others require same-language transcription.

📋 Main Responsibilities

• Transcribe dialogue from video/audio files accurately
• Synchronize captions with spoken content using timing tools
• Ensure proper punctuation, spelling, and readability of text
• Format subtitles for social media, YouTube, e-learning, or ads
• Review and revise captions for quality and consistency
• Export final subtitle files (e.g., SRT, VTT) as required by the platform
• Handle multilingual captioning if proficient in both English and Swedish
